The logo was inspired by a design submitted by Fawad Piracha, a licensed pharmacist in New York State and a member of both the Westchester and New York City NYSCHP Chapters.

The logo design competition was organized by the Communications Committee of NYSCHP.  “We were very pleased that we received 33 logo designs submitted by NYSCHP members from all across New York State,” said Cathy Millares-Sipin, Communications Committee Chair, “With the wide variety of ideas presented, it certainly made the selection process all the harder.”

The Board of Directors spent several sessions reviewing and discussing the submissions.  “We are very proud of our members who shared their time, creativity and vision of what they thought their logo design would convey about our association and mission,” said Joseph Pinto, President, “Our new logo presents a modern, professional brand for NYSCHP. We look forward to using it to promote all that we do for the profession and our members. I congratulate and thank Fawad for a job well done.”

Watch for our new logo to be implemented across all of
NYSCHP's communication platforms in the weeks ahead!
